Women have always been a priority segment for luxury brands however now that they are more in control of their own finances, their ability and power to spend has also increased. Although, in aggregate, the spending power of affluent Korean and Japanese women is not as large as Chinese women, they still represent an important consumer group for many brands to better understand and cater to.
