Our client approached us to help them test some experimental new product ideas & concepts for a luxury residential community targeting high net worth property owners and investors.
Approach
We invited over 100 potential property owners and investors to participate in an online survey. With an anonymous approach, the participants were more open to sharing their thoughts and feedback on the proposed offers.
Impact
We provided several recommendations on improvements to the living amenities, luxury fittings, and entertainment facilities to better appeal to their target investors. These inputs helped our client refine their offers for the next phase of development.
