Benchmark for annual tracking of bottom line cost savings for automated solutions

Objective:

Our client wanted to identify top pain points in the hospitality industry that can be addressed by automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Approach:

We facilitated brainstorming sessions among key functions in the hotel operations, from front service to housekeeping to IT and engineering. In-depth interviews were also conducted to gain top management’s perspective on the issues.

Impact:

Currently being measured on an annual basis to determine bottom line cost savings for select hotels when looking at increases in productivity for automated solutions vs cost of manpower.
